Hello everyone, some of you guys probably saw me almost everyday these day.
I want to share my loooooooooong journey for EAD.
I'm currently F-1 visa, holding OPT card (OPT expires on Feb 13th, 2020)
PD: June 3rd, 2019 I-485, I-765, I-131 Filed to NBC, Married to GC holder.
Fingerprint fee was received: June 9th
Expedite request : Nov 12th
Received email to send evidence: Nov 21st
Sent evidence via fax: Nov 21st
Asked emma what is my status on expedite: Dec 9th
Request for additional information received : Dec 11th
Received 2nd email to send "severe financial loss" evidence: Dec 17th
Sent same evidence via fax :Dec 17th
Case is ready to be scheduled : Dec 20th
Interview was scheduled: Dec 23st
Received Interview Notice: Dec 30th
Expedite Request Approved: Jan 7th
New card is being produced (I guess combo card) : Jan 8th
It was a tough and long journey. Today is the date I could raise my service request for EAD and Advance Parole. I hope I get combo card next week and hopefully finish up interview well.
