Package received- 03/09/2019
Check cashed -03/14/2019
Received Extension letter in the mail -03/16/2019
Biometric letter received- 10/01/2019
Biometric day- 10/07/2019
Fingerprint review completed(same day)-10/07/2019
Fingerprint Applied to your case-12/22/2019
New card is being produced-01/29/2020

Meanwhile, I don’t know if “card is being produced” means approval . Please someone should enlighten me on this .
