New OCI for minors
I have applied for a new OCI for my newborn son. The physical documents have reached CKGS, NY on 12/28/2016 and was sent to Indian Embassy on 1/11/2017. We have to leave to India on first week of Feb for good. Based on your experiences, do you think we will get his OCI by then? I am thinking on getting eTourist visa (30days validity), but OCI will only be delivered to USA address. Since we are leaving USA permanently, no one will be collect OCI at USA address. what would be my best bet? Please let me know.
