08/31 - MEA dispatched document on 08/31/2021
08/31 - Document received at Houston consulate on 08/31/2021
( 08/31 updates happened almost at the same time)
09/01 - Your document is on your way, FEDEX notifications came via Email and then I registered for Text also.
09/02 - Document delivered at home around 12.39 PM
