New Processing times and AP
Guys, I see USCIS updated the processing times and of course they are longer (i.e. EAD and AP are now 5-7 months). Seattle has a slight shorter time for employment based but still stellar high times for marriage based. Anyway, I will send the packet in September and plan on traveling to my home country for a family event in June. Should I be concerned about not receiving AP in time? Sept to June is a pretty generous time frame. What do you think?
