I saw all news talking about the new public rule that I think will go into effect next year. So if this new rule go into effect will apply to people who is waiting the interview?
Other thing: what does mean this in new rule : an individual who has been determined to be inadmissible based on public charge grounds may be admitted after posting a minimum $10,000 public charge bond.
