Hey guys, I am a Marriage based Filer here in Newark.
I am currently unemployed as I prepare to take my NCLEX-RN exam.
When I graduated back in 12/15/2018 I’d applied for an EAD card. Received the Card in March of 2019. It’s about to be expired and since I’m not working and busy preparing for my exam I forgot about renewing it. Though I have about a week left before it expires I actually don’t have the funds to renew it. When I filed It didn’t dawn on me to apply for a EAD with my I-485 application.
Me not renewing it would that be an issue?
Also, I am also skeptical about applying then my case is then ready for an interview. I am literally in too minds.
I have been seeing others on here who has close and similar timelines like mine received their interview appointment in Jan and Feb of 2020. Soo I am praying that I get mine soon.
