Hey guys, so I didn’t receive my receipts for forms I-485 and I-130. I didn’t contact them concerning the situation back in June but they only made me change my address by creating an online account. Then a month later I received just a letter stating that I changed my address.
Apparently, the person who handled my case mistaken my W you for a 1 and a 4 in my address. I don’t know how someone can’t see the word West and think it’s a 1&4. Which I could take a photo to show you guys.
But now that I need my receipt to renew my EAD card I don’t have it. What should I do? Is the receipt important for when I have my interview?
An agent had me email the lockbox since I never received it. I’d even drove to the address they said they sent it to and it doesn’t exist. I’d went to our post office the same time to ask and they said most likely it was sent back to the sender.
