I just read from the news today...
Asylum cases and H4 visa spouses of H1-B hilders are now being controlled in processing I-765.
As far as I understand the news, these cases have been given lesser control in getting I-765 as compared to those under c-9 cases.
So I guess this explains some of the questions here about why their cases are taking longer.
I can only imagine how they segregate all the cases in their office now...
from C-9 vs Assylum vs H-4 vs H1-B...etc..
Then that's how they do their prioritization. (Just my thoughts)
