No acknowledgment yet for L2-EAD
I have sent my Form 1-765 along with G-1185(notification) to Phoenix lock box on June 14th via Fedex courier. Courier delivered it on 18th June.
Today 8th July, and the 19th Day since the lockbox received my form.I have not received any acknowledgment or receipt from lockbox till date.
Also, i could see my cheque has not been en-cashed or authorized till date.
When I call the USCIS contact center , they tell me , it is not yet reached to USCIS and it still with LOCK box . (They tracked it based on my i-94)

Days passes by, i am getting nervous on the state of my EAD application.
Could some one let me know,
1.Is this delay expected , or any is there any way we can track it?
2.Can you please let me know average time, taken by phoenix USCIS center to process the application.
3.Any way can i contact to lockbox?
