No decision after 100 days of I-485 interview

After waiting for 4 months, USCIS finally approved my green card application. It was right on 120th day mark after the day of interview. I’m super happy🙂 and I didn’t request for expeditions either. They certainly took their time. If your interview went smooth and the only reason it’s being held is due to missing some documents, you will receive RFE and respond to it ASAP. You will be fine.

Looking for some help!
I had my I-485 interview on may 11th, 2021 at Buffalo field office. Interview went smoothly and officer told me that there were some error on my medical report therefore my medical examiner “doctor” will have to fix it and mail it to them. We mailed it next day and they received my RFE I-693 2 days later.
He said he would have approved my case if my I-693 didn’t had that issue. I asked him how long will it take for him to approve my case once he receives my RFE, he told me few weeks.
It’s been over a 3 months now and my status has been stuck on interview was scheduled. No updates yet. Can anyone tell me how long do I have to wait?? Thank you!
***Medical examiner office left section 8 blank on I-693 application where they should have filled. This error delayed my green card.
