No decision after stoke interview for i485
Hi all please i need anyone who can explain what this means after attending stokes interview 2 months ago. I am not hopeful at this point. Any info will be highly appreciated. The status of this service request is:
On 09/02/2020 you or your representative contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) about your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

Background checks are required to be completed on all applicants who apply for the immigration benefit you are seeking. Until the background investigation is completed, we cannot move forward on your case and we cannot provide a time frame for completion. When the final adjudication of your application is available, you will receive notice at the address we have on file. If you have moved since the initial filing of this case, please update your address with Form AR-11, the Change of Address Request.
