Bio - July 18 and received a courtesy letter for I693 medicals
Fingerprint review completed for i765 - July 19
I-486 Case status changed to Case is ready to be scheduled for interview - 14th Aug
No RFE
I am F1 student and currently on OPT, my working permit will be expired in January. Me and my husband filed everything by ourselves. it's been 162 days and still have no update for my new EAD . I tried to contact USCIS and they said my EAD is still in normal processing time but I'm kinda freaking out because I checked some of cases before and after me, most of them have recevied their card. I was just wondering should I contact my congressman.
