Hi I just want to know if its okay to submit I765 and I131 if I already submitted my I485 and I130 last sept 2019.
I130 was approved on April 22
my I485 was scheduled for interview last March 19 but it was cancelled. Until now its only ready to be scheduled for interview. I have a job offer now.
Do you guys think its okay to send I765 and i131 now?
Will it delay my interview? Please help.
