Hi, last week i called the contact center uscis and the representative told my case still pending and explained to me that because i have 4 years of marriage , an in interview is not mandatory.
I know that i won't be getting the conditional card I KNOW THAT!! but my understanding was that interview is mandatory regardless the years that you are married.
Has this happened to anyone?
