no response to rfe
hey everyone, i received an RFE on july 6, did my biometric on july 9, mailed response to rfe on july 28 and it was signed for and received on july 31 by uscis but since then no update not even on tne app to say response to rfe was received. can i call the customer service number to find out if indeed uscis had received my mail?
