Hello guys,
I have an experience to share with all the EAD card delay people like me..
I am a Jan 25 filler and I don't have any updates on my case since back then.
Friday morning i called my lawyer and ask her to make a phone call to the USCIS to ask how my case is going,to make a second SR or to give me an information for the delay(106 days today)
She've been told from them that the "new normal" for the EAD card processing is 120 days due to the number of people applying.
All this make non sense to me. I see Feb even MARCH! fillers in here to get their EAD's and updates about their cases(Good for them though!).
I am starting to lose my patience...
Let me know your thoughts/timeline or if you have a similar experience like me.
