No update after the Interview

I had my interview on June 25th, so the interview was really smooth and the officer was really nice ,he asked us few simple questions around 10 minutes & he said I can't approve you now because we had a lot of bonafides so he said I'll review your file & I make decision .
so after 3 days I received a notice by mail it says I need a birth certificate so they can make a last decision
ps: ( first time I sent an extract birth certificate that's why they said we need original birth certificate not extract )
after a week I sent them a copy of birth certificate with notice that they send me
no update until now
does anyone had same experience so he can share ?
