Hi everyone! My files (adjustment and petition) were delivered and received last Jan. 9 at the Chicago Lockbox. Until now, for more than a month, I still haven't received any mail or even text/email regarding my application. I did the e-notification form, btw. I'm so frustrated. I've been calling them for 4 days now but everytime I call, they redirect me to a "higher customer service" and always put me on a call-back waitlist. I never received a call back for the 4 days straight I tried calling! Anyone here experiencing the same?
