No updates after interview. Almost 7 months
I had marriage based green card interview on september . We seperared and we miss matched some answers . Finally officer told he need to do some investication before taking decision. Same day officer called her mom and asked about us she explained everything . Finally mom asked do i need to do anything for them . Officer told no and hung up . Its almost 7 months no updates . I did service request infopass all saying under review . Today i called again they said final checks not completed . If you ddnt hear anything call back on May. I am thinking to travel next week to india using advance parole . Do you think they gona deny my application??
