Hi all,
Package (I-485, 130, 765 GC based on marriage) sent to Chicago on 09/21/2016.
PD: 09/29/16
BIO: 10/24/16 St Paul MN office ( I live in Minnesota)
EAD received: 12/02/16
I didn't receive any REF and USCIS misspelled my name on I-485 case and requested name change on 10/15/16. Since then I haven't have any updates on my Permanent Resident case.
Does anyone have a similar case?
Should I check time frames for the St Paul MN office or Chicago office?
Does anyone know where will be my interview?
