Status never changed after even up until August 2019. Status online only said fingerprint fee received and case received up until now. Is that normal? Should I be worried?
I know some people status updated to fingerprint competed or case ready for interview after biometric.
Do you think they might not received my biometric yet? That is why the status is stuck at that status.
Please let me know.
