Hey guys, does anyone know a good lawyer in Dallas Texas that can, handle Noid. Uscis is claiming the marriage was a sham marriage, because according to them. When I applied for my application back home I said I was coming here to meet my fiance, I mentioned my friends name who already got her visa app at the time. So when I got here she was already married, so I needed help with accommodations her and her husband helped me stay with them temporarily. So where the problem started was when I got married to a USC I was still staying with them matter of fact we just decided to live as roommates just to save cost on Both end. So when I filed my application in 2018 I used same address as her. Now Uscis did their investigation and they concluded that I came to America and lived with someone I once called my fiancé.
