Initial paperwork submission date: October 2017
Between then and the interview that took place in March 2020 I've received RFE extended EAD's numerous sleepless nights and stress over worrying about EAD extension and today I've received a NOID saying that the school I was attending was pay-to-stay and I did not submit enough evidence. I've submitted everything I could and was truthful. I do not know what else to do. I am waiting to go see my lawyer tomorrow I am so very exhausted from this wait. What if they do deny my i485?
