Just a quick update on my case, they already shipped my EAD! I received an SMS and an email from USPS after registering my address in My USPS that says that I will be receiving a package by Monday, Oct 3.

USCIS, LEES SUMMIT PRODUCTION FACILITY
KANSAS CITY , MO
If you guys don't have an account in USPS you should create one, then you'll know when they send you a package and you can track it :)
This is my timeline so far (MSC & Oakland Park, FL)
07/01/16 Sent AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765);
07/05/16 Priority date
07/08/16 Case status (I485): Fingerprint fee was received.
08/01/16 Biometrics appointment.
09/17/16 Case status (I765): We ordered your new card (EAD)
09/18/16 Case status (I765): Approved
09/27/16 Case status (I765): We mailed your card
