VAC NY not sending any status on passport
I applied for Canada visitor visa and got email to send passport for stamping. I sent passport to NY VAC (new VAC after 1st Nov-VFS Global) and my UPS tracking no# says that they recieved my passport on 11/7. But it has been 10 days and still I have not received any tracking number or any acknowledgedment from NY VAC.
Their call center people are pathetic and always advise to drop email.
I am still awaiting for their email response for past 2 days.
I am little concerned about my passport now. Anyone else faced similar situation with the new VAC at NY?
