Hello. Our I-130 was approved almost 2 years ago. We sent i-485 I-131 and I-765 in August 2017. They received case on August 31 2017, Biometric done on 09/21/2017, after that there is no news. I submit 2 case inquiries for I-765 and i-131 and it still says on the website that it still not assigned for processing. I called USCIS and spoke with tier 2 officer and she was not nice and said to wait, she also told me that now they are working with applications from September 2017, so that's mean that they skipped my application...
Anyone has the same experience?
Do you know if it should be faster if I-130 already approved?
Do you think they will call us for the interview again?
