NYC based lawyer recommendation
I have waited 10 months since interview and the lawyer my employer hired, while a decent sized firm, is based in TX and he has been ineffective in getting it done so far.
Does any EB-2 filer have good experience with a Manhattan, NYC based lawyer who successfully got stuck cases unstuck? If so please share his/her contact details. I have heard that one strategy is if a lawyer got into 26 Federal Plaza for an appointment another client, he/she could simply tap another IO on the shoulder and ask about other cases. Apparently that often gets neglected cases out of the dusted drawers...
