I sued NYC FO in Mar 2020 due to Chinese officer Racisim & Arrogance after submiting the CBP DHS & FBI letters & Federal Employment letter. She was really tuff took interview for 45 min & said i cant take decision. CBP send letter to NYC FO & Director replied that she will get involve in 2nd Interview on May 2020 but cancelled due to COVID 19.
June 2020 - letter from USCIS NY FO Case under Review. I didnot contact them.
July 2020 Green Card approved.
