USCIS got my papers on June 15, 2015. In 2 days they cashed my check. I got my combo card on October 1, 2015. Since then no update. My online status has stock on:

Fingerprint Fee Was Received

On June 17, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1591258ZZZ. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

On April 13,2016 I created service request trying to find out why my case is taking longer than other cases. On June 9, 2016 USCIS responded. In 2 days I got letter saying that my case is waiting to be scheduled for an interview. Once my local field office has time, they would schedule me.

If I call 1800 number, the system says that my case is still in Lee Summit. I am not sure what to do. I know that many people who applied after me already got their green cards. My online status has not even changed to "Ready to be scheduled". I spoke to second level of customer service, they told me something about background check. I have no criminal records, I am from the country which is not related to terrorist. I am not sure what to do. Anybody had similar experience?

PS: my zip is 11223, Brooklyn
