How can i apply for jobs wihout getting the EAD in hand? I saw here where persons said that once a job offer is recieved, we can submit a expediated request to uscis. however when looking for jobs online, they seem to ask " are u authorize to work in the us and do u require sponsorship for our company". how do i reponse to these
