My application for OCI was ackowledged by the end of February at CGI Dubai consulate and got printed/approved by the authorities (MHA or MI) on mid may (78 days) well for Indian consulate ministry standards, well done. As per status inquiryit has been despatched after 3 days and since 1 month has passed to reach the Dubai Indian consulate. No clue yet where it has gone as diplomatic couriers are frequent with Dubai and Delhi its high time for delivery. Twice wrote to consul for a follow up, should have been dustbinned. Or do they courier thru seamen. As per standards after 42 days from date of acknowledgment OCI cards are ready? Whom to approach. Hope the sea will calm down and reach.
