OCI Card Dilemma
Hello All,
I have got my US Citizenship two days ago, I applied for my US Passport, and in the meanwhile researching on how to get the OCI card.
I stumbled on a few important questions pertaining to my situation.
I have 10 Acres of Agricultural land on my name Around Hyderabad and few plots in Hyderabad, Do you think I will have a problem with these being on my name after I receive the OCI card? Can I buy more land/plots on OCI card status or is it safe to transfer what I have to my siblings?
