But I have seen the progress in OCI card status only after I filed complaint in Public Grievance

Once I filed the complaint I dropped an email to [email protected] with the Grievance Number.
I got a reply immediately from Atlanta Consulate office from

Which is appreciable.

Once card is received to CKGS you can escalate CKGS to speedup the process by mentioning the travel date.

Note: I have dropped an email to Atlanta Consulate on 15thJan'16 and I received OCI card by 9thFeb'16.
