I applied for OCI in Jan 2020, the Indian government web site status report says " Date of acknowledgement is 10th Jan 2020"
have not received OCI as of Dec 09,2020. Online it says "Under-Process", I sent several emails to consulate
"[email protected], [email protected]" their reply said "my OCI is on hold".
Yesterday 10th Dec 2020, I received a reply from Consulate SFO that
"Security check clearance from ministry of Home Affairs, India is not received, that's why your OCI is on hold"
Has any one experienced this kind of thing?
How to solve this?
