I mailed our complete applications (wife and two minor kids) to VFS / CGI SF processing center using their prepaid courier service (ups) on Oct 2nd, 2023. Per the tracking information it was delivered/ received by VFS on Oct 3rd, 2023
I have not received any emails acknowledging receipt nor am I able to get status update through the vfs oci tracking portal, only returns "invalid inputs".
Question: how long from when the application envelope is delivered by the courier service do you get any email communication confirm receipt and processing and/or are able to track progress online?
