Hi All,

Please find below the OCI experience for my son (infant) @ Washington DC. It took 91 days to complete the processing. Passport is at CKGS now and expecting to get the passport in hand tomorrow or Monday.

I did not wait for the CKGS email to sent the passport for matchup. I sent the document as soon as the status updated as "Document Received at Washington DC" in OCI website. I have my travel planned to India on Dec 11th so I attached the air tickets also while sending the matchup documents to CKGS and requested an urgent matchup. I also sent an email to embassy requesting the same.There was a delay in reaching my documents to CKGS due the Thanksgiving holiday. CKGS & Embassy did their processing quickly.

Hard to get them on phone. I tried multiple days and only one time it got connected. However they responded to my emails.
