They took their own sweet time 2.5 months but received OCI yesterday without any issue. Below are timelines for my case.
Submitted application on 3rd Sep but CKGS didn't send notification until 7th Sep. Same with when I sent passport for Matchup, its delievered on 9th Nov but they didn't send ack until 13th Nov. But they are quick once they send the ack, may be they process it in background and send ack only when they have already processed it.
