oci match up process removed?
Hello Folks,
I applied for OCI for my son last year and in middle of november I got the match up process request. But due to some emergency I had to travel to India in Nov/Dec so I could not send the documents for match up. Now I called ckgs on 5th Jan2017 and the representative told me that the match up process no longer exists. He wasn't sure what is going to happen my case so he opened a service request for me to ask his manager. He has not responded back to me yet.
Has anyone been in the same situation? Anyone knows what is the new process?
