and no update after this so far, I have to travel to India on October 7th,
Can I apply for 30 day Tourist visa for my child and how long will it take to approve?
and my child plan to stay India for more than 30 days, if by then she did not receive her OCI card , can she over stay on tourist visa and once I receive OCI card, I will have it shipped to India and can she stay there for unlimited amount of time or does need to exit the country before 30days and come back on OCI? This is so stressful.
