Hi All,
I have 8 months old son. We are travelling from SFO to India on 9th April. I have his US passport. Now, I am not sure if i have enough time to apply for OCI. Please suggest if I need to go for :-
a. OCI
b. Visa on Arrival which is 1 month valid
Also please confirm if San Francisco office doesn't require to submit original documents.
Please help.
