OCI Re-Issue for Child
I had my kids US Passport renewed.
Here is the timeline for OCI Re-Issue. [Walk-In at CKGS Houston]. I am listing the main dates.
1. Apr 9- Submitted the completed OCI Re-Issue forms at CKGS Counter.
2. Apr 18- Received email "OCI - Submission of Original Documents". Asking me to submit existing OCI card, OCI Submission of Original Documents Form and payment receipt.
3. Apr 22- Walk In to CKGS counter to submit the requested documents.[No Appointment needed]
4. Apr 24- Received an email "OCI - Application Returned to CKGS from Consulate" and later in the evening received another email "OCI - Dispatch of Shipment" along with the fedex tracking number.
