OCI card for myself (first time), based on father's OCI card / his former Indian citizenship/passport.
Chronology
Jan 14th - received by CKGS and marked 'complete', and 'in transit to consulate'
Jan 15th - application 'Under Process' by consulate; passport reviewed and 'In Transit' back to CKGS
Jan 15th - Passport picked up (by UPS) and sent back to me, received 1-2 days later
Feb 26th - OCI card dispatched from Delhi to consulate
....so far....
