Ombudsman response unclear please help
NYC filer nov 23 2018 did bio in december no update since then. Waited 8.5 months as it says on uscis processing times to file for SR so I did on aug 1 and it went for 30 days unsigned so on sep 3 i contacted tier 1 thru chat and she opened another SR and I also on same day opened ombudsman case assistance inquiry and today i got response from them:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your request for case assistance. In response to our inquiry, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) indicated that your case is under active review. However, USCIS is unable to provide a specific timeframe for resolution of the case. Our office will continue to monitor USCIS’ progress on a regular basis until there is a specific action or resolution. We will contact you as soon as we receive an update from USCIS.
Did anyone get answer like this from them???? Is this good or bad ???
Also my Second SR got this response on sep 12:
Type of service requested:
-- Outside Normal Processing Times
The status of this service request is:
Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.
Please share ur opinions and experiences cause I am about to lose my mind completely
