ombudsman's help
Hello, everyone!!
My PD is 02/18/20. FO is Santa Clara, California. its been more than a year already, and online status shows since 04/08 ready for interview. I see people saying, talked to ombudsman to speed up. I have a question, in which case (when) I can ask ombudsman to help me? what is the procedure? I really appreciate your help!!
P.S I just had a baby (02/21/21). do you think this might help us well?
