Online case not update
Hi everyone I have a question ! Before the office closures I had received my biometric appointment letter by mail but my online case is not updated when I check my status online it only says biometric fee received we will send you a notice to describe how we will process your case. I have tried to call and check my status over the phone same thing and it says it is the latest update on my case ! Anyone with the same problème ? Do you thing I should be worried about it ?
