This is my final update for now:
We had our interview 10/04. Approved on the spot and we were given a confirmation letter. We then received the official notices for i485/i130 in the mail the following week. We received the green card yesterday via priority mail. And my online status still hasnt changed from "your interview has been scheduled".
Dont rely too much on their electronic system. When we changed our address we received a confirmation that our names had been changed. Agent level 2 confirmed it was a mistake in their system. Be confident in your process and keep track of everything!
