My pd is June 2015. Done my interview on September 2016. During the interview IO kept asking if I had any criminal record. I have never had any problems with law. Since then I did not hear anything from them. I went to infopass in December, I was told my background check is still not completed. My lawyer says it can take up to a year after interview. IO on the infopass told me that he has seen cases taking up to 6 years. My I-130 is not approved.
On July 2016 I applied for combo card(renewal), they approved me for EAD, but my advanced parole is still pending. I did service request for AP, no response as of yet.
Anybody in the similar situation? If my background check comes, are they going to call us for the second interview?
