OPT-EAD VS AOS EAD
It seems that OPT-EAD processing times are still realistically reasonable, whereas AOS EAD (especially Cat-09) takes about 6 months now.
Either way it appears most October EAD applications for AOS at NBC are expected to wait 6 months at minimum. I was so unhappy with this but I guess with some prayer I have accepted the fact that even though I applied last October, I probably won't hear anything till about April of this year.
I guess it's time to just work out and brush up on my resume. The only good thing about this is since I am broke and not eating enough, I am losing weight though., so I guess that's a plus!!
