i filed my form i130 dec 21 2016
after a year long wait I received a denial notice from my local immigration office stating me and my wife dint appear for the interview and thereby denying ..we were shocked angry sad I cant expalin the feeling that we going through ..i called the customer service and said i havent received any notice saying that we were supposed to attend the interview on so and so date..as always customer service is a joke.. finally got hold of a tier 2 customer service officer and it seems uscis made a mistake by sending my interview notice to old address where I have notified change of address already.
i have requested an info pass and i do have a service request number raised ..
is there anyone in the same situation
